By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
1. Power Source Requirement
Access to a power source is required for the completion of our services. Please ensure a suitable power supply is available.
2. Safe and Accessible Working Environment
We ask that a safe and spacious environment is provided to allow us to work around your vehicle. If your vehicle is not parked on a driveway, please contact us before booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
3. Excessive Pet Hair or Heavily Soiled Interiors
If your vehicle's interior contains excessive pet hair, heavy dirt, or mould growth, additional charges may apply. For accurate pricing, please contact us before booking with detailed information about the condition of your vehicle.
4. Deposits for Bookings
A deposit is required for all appointments in order to secure your booking. This deposit ensures that time is exclusively reserved for you in our schedule. The deposit amount is based on the total cost of the service. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.
5. Weather-Related Rescheduling
In the event of adverse weather conditions that may impact the quality of our service, your booking will be rescheduled. We will always provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
